As a Global Promotional Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling multi-channel global promotional campaigns. Your efforts will focus on maximizing player acquisition and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry, mobile games ecosystem, and player behavior patterns across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
The Global Promotional Campaigns Manager will collaborate closely with various teams, including Editorial, Merchandising, and Product, to align campaign calendars and store placement with core product features and global promotional objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Campaign Planning and Execution Develop and implement end-to-end global promotional campaigns and editorial merchandising strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with PCO (Play Consumer Operations) teams and EPU (Engineering, Product, UX) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- AI-Driven Workflows Leverage AI tools and automated workflows for content creation, localization, and operational efficiency.
- User Engagement Promote first-party and third-party content programs, loyalty initiatives, and featured store moments to drive user engagement.
- Performance Analysis Monitor campaign performance, track conversion and engagement metrics, and iterate strategies to ensure success for both gamers and developer partners.
- Insight Synthesis Synthesize complex campaign metrics into actionable insights for cross-functional leads and directors. Conduct analyses of user behaviors, regional gaming trends, and competitive landscapes to inform promotional strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional Experience At least 4 years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, content marketing, or digital merchandising within e-commerce, digital media, or mobile app/gaming ecosystems.
- Project Management Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- AI and Automation Familiarity with leveraging AI tools and automated workflows for content creation, localization, and operational efficiency.
- Gaming Industry Knowledge Knowledge of the gaming industry, mobile games ecosystem, business generation models, and player behavior patterns across global markets.
- Content Narratives Ability to develop and polish compelling content narratives that support key moments and initiatives.
- Data Interpretation Ability to interpret campaign performance data, perform ecosystem analyses, and derive insights to optimize campaign ROI and user conversion.
- Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting compelling narratives for leadership, partner-facing communications, and consumer audiences.
